What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information (email, name, profile picture)
- All uploaded financial documents
- All extracted text from your documents
- All AI-generated analysis results and reports
- All dashboard visualisations and data
- Your usage history and preferences
How to Request Data Deletion
Method 1: Delete Your Account (Recommended)
If you have an active account, you can delete it directly:
- Log in to your account
- Go to your account settings or profile page
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion request
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days
Method 2: Email Request
If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to:

- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete all data
Data Deletion Timeline
- Immediate: Account deactivated, access revoked
- Within 30 days: All data permanently deleted from production
- Within 90 days: All data removed from backups
Data We May Retain
We may retain minimal information for legal compliance:
- Transaction records for tax purposes (as required by law)
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics data (no personal identifiers)
