Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion of your SuperCFO account and all associated data.

Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please download any reports or information you need before proceeding.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

  • Your account information (email, name, profile picture)
  • All uploaded financial documents
  • All extracted text from your documents
  • All AI-generated analysis results and reports
  • All dashboard visualisations and data
  • Your usage history and preferences

How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: Delete Your Account (Recommended)

If you have an active account, you can delete it directly:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your account settings or profile page
  3. Click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm the deletion request
  5. Your data will be deleted within 30 days

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to:

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request - SuperCFO"
  • Your email address associated with your account
  • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete all data

Data Deletion Timeline

  • Immediate: Account deactivated, access revoked
  • Within 30 days: All data permanently deleted from production
  • Within 90 days: All data removed from backups

Data We May Retain

We may retain minimal information for legal compliance:

  • Transaction records for tax purposes (as required by law)
  • Aggregated, anonymised analytics data (no personal identifiers)
